"The Constitution of Minnesota" by Professor William Anderson of the University of Minnesota Political Science Department, was published in the May 1921 issue of the Minnesota Law Review. It is posted here.

Anderson's article is a "condensation of certain portions" of his monograph, A History of the Constitution of Minnesota, which is the definitive history of the making and ratification of the state constitution in 1857 and includes a close analysis of the text of the charter.
