Viewing Report of the Committee on Judicial Elections to the Minnesota State Bar Association. (1904).
In 1903, believing that the increasingly partisan election of the state judiciary needed reform, the President of the Minnesota State Bar Association appointed a special committee to examine the process and make recommendations. The five member committee submitted its report, with two recommendations, to the annual convention of the Association in 1904. That report and the debate that ensued are reprinted in this article.
